This 1,600 SF historic Chicago greystone, originally built in 1895, underwent a major interior renovation with minor updates to the exterior facade. A new kitchen expanded to twice its original size, featuring custom cabinetry, a breakfast nook, and a glass-and-steel partition wall along the adjoining office.

A new backyard deck with trellised lighting creates an intimate outdoor space, and a corrugated steel garage encloses the backyard garden and fire pit area. The second floor feature a new master bathroom with terrazzo tile and custom millwork.
