In this surrealist vision of Los Angeles, the laws of space and time begin to unravel. An experimental restyling of LA’s architectural landscape, the film uses collage techniques and elements of fantasy to imagine an alternate world. The city becomes something it is not and can never be; part dystopia and part utopia, this breach of the laws of the universe can only be the result of an elusive “rift” in space and time.
